STAR actively invests in its workforce, providing training, career development and performance initiatives that focus the expertise, drive and innovation of its employees. STAR's employees have so far participated in various training programs to further develop their professional skills in courses ranging from digital media to leadership, financial management and corporate governance.

STAR regularly communicates with employees through various means such as monthly CEO luncheon, annual all-staff presentation and in-depth departmental orientations. Through these events, STAR is able to keep employees up-to-date on the business front, gain a better understanding of the employees' needs and responds with initatives that benefit employees and contribute to the company's operation.
