Twelve weeks on, Satyamev Jayate's last episode airs today. But the show, featuring issues seldom discussed on mainstreamentertainmentchannels, will be back with a second season.

This show has disrupted every convention of programming, format, delivery and marketing. It is a testimony to the power of innovation to challenge convention and rewrite the rules of the game. But, the real impact of the show is in the awareness it has created and the lives it has changed. We are keen to take this show forward."

What made the show Satyamev Jayate even more compelling was that it was hosted byBollywoodstarAamir Khan, who took up pertinent issues from female foeticide to child sexual abuse, medical malpractice to untouchability, from organic food to the water crisis in the country.

Aamir's televisionjourney, which began on May 6, is culminating today with a special episode that promises to change your perceptions of common issues plaguing the society.
