Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Dilana Robichaux started singing at a very young age. After years of performing in various bands and years of violence and madness in the city, Dilana decided to pursue her music career in the Netherlands. Dilana started her own band playing covers and originals and quickly became one of the most popular bands and even opened up for the internationally acclaimed Dutch rock band, Golden Earring. She ended and started a few more bands and then got a recording deal offer from a Dutch label.

Dilana's label released five singles off her debut album, Wonderfool, and made four music videos for TMF (like MTV in Europe). The first single went all the way on the charts. During her tour of the Wonderfool album, she performed at over 200 festivals and at all the major clubs. Dilana moved to Scotland and lived there for two years before moving to the USA in October, 2001. Having established a good name through her three-year solo performance in America, she travels back to Holland once a year to perform and write new materials with her old band mates.
