We are looking for someone who will be the Sports Consumer Champion, and will be responsible for monitoring and shaping the way the consumer responses happen on Star Sports. You will be responsible to drive and strengthen the collaboration between different stakeholders within the organization to ensure a seamless consumer response happens in time, every time. You will be required to effectively handle and resolve customer issues on multiple social channels, email and to identify addressable issues by filtering out unrelated noise.
