KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Partner – This role requires you to develop a deep understating of the business and keep abreast and updated with the business; and then partner with the business to drive people initiatives that are aligned with the business objectives. You will be the key decision maker in conceptualization and drive implementation of people management initiatives and policies to support overall business strategy As a HRBP, you will be responsible for the entire employee life-cycle, collaborating closely with the COEs. Talent Management - Review and build capability and drive the performance management process. Actively promote succession-planning, keeping in .mind the overall business strategy.
