Operations & Business Transformation is a central function within Disney-Star India. The function is driving consolidation and centralization of the various business operations units within the organization, and has the mandate to deliver re-engineering and transformation of business processes, both within the Operations group, as well as for the business on an end-to-end basis. Reporting in to the Head of Operations & Business Transformation, this role of Transformation Lead is of paramount importance to deliver the agenda of business growth. For the assigned business area(s), the incumbent would be required to understand the landscape of the business and its various processes, and leverage available technologies & tools, and past experience & knowledge, to identify, plan and deliver transformation.
