KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- A strategic senior member of the studio team who will be responsible for a critical revenue generation function for the studio
- A highly driven individual leading monetization opportunities from brand partnerships across all local titles of Fox Star Studio including in-film, branded promotions, sponsorships etc. This will also overlay onto Hollywood studios co-branded partnerships in India across tentpole Hollywood titles
- Identify and drive ancillary revenue opportunities by identifying exploitation avenues of FSS films being commissioned for direct to digital as well as theatrical release, including but not limited to music, clip licensing, international syndication, etc.
- Build strong brand partnerships and liase with marketing and creative teams to develop creative pitches that have powerful and meaningful licensing deals that redefine industry standards
- Set new standards in movie licensing and ancillary monetization deals in the industry through best practices across Hollywood studios
- Synergy across different LOB’s such as consumer products, gaming, publishing, music, etc. to enable franchise development and monetization
- Strong partnerships with brands, companies, CEO’s and marketing heads to strike slate deals for the studio
- Annual revenue targets that are driven through strong understanding of creative and business synergy across studio and business partners

Annual as well as individual title targets on key studio tentpoles across Bollywood and Hollywood slate
Landmark brand licensing deals that set new industry benchmarks
Identifying and exploiting new ancillary opportunities for FSS films
Strong creative skills and instinctive aptitude to create meaningful integrations and co-promotional partnerships
QUALIFICATION
- 9+ yrs experience in sales, revenue, growth roles in media industry
- Prior experience in movie business or content stream is a plus
- Existing relationships with multinational and big Indian firms and brands to enable partnerships
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A team player who can lead projects and strong project management skills
