KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with Ad Sales team to identify new clients, analyze their potential & make relevant pitches for converting these clients, and deliver on the expansion agenda.
- Analyzing buying pattern, immediate competition in detail and sharing the information with sales team.
- Developing strong pitches for new clients/existing clients to increase their presence on the Channel.
- Understand client/agency media objectives and structure deals/packages that maximizes Star objectives and also help bring new clients onboard.
- Creating customized packages for clients – impact & regular.
- Out of the box thinking on how to monetize the channels in the best possible manner. Innovative strategies / ideas to increase revenue on channels
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Timely and accurate submission of BARC related data and analysis as required and comprehensive view of the performance of the channels in the cluster. Presentation of the review in the formats required by the heads
- Provide quantifiable inputs which influences favorable decision making by clients and shapes direction of business strategy
- Identifying and highlighting opportunities to channel heads and region heads in the branch
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Qualification : MBA(Premier/ Tier 1 management institute)
- With at least 4-8 years of post-qualification experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong Quantitative and analytical ability
- BARC, BI/ BO tools
