KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital:
- Draw and execute a clear digital calendar for the next 12 months to make Disney Star India the employer brand of choice.
- To create engaging social media campaigns for key network initiatives, DEI, sustainability and employer branding, coordination with creative agencies
- Collaborate with creative agencies on identifying new technology mediums and trends on digital platforms
- Manage all paid digital campaigns, from ideation, media planning, optimization, and performance analysis
- Work with key external partners to ensure marketing support, key innovations for each project
- Create and execute influencer marketing strategy for key projects
- Manage digital budgets and create data analytics, performance, creative reports as required
Website:
- Update website content regularly
- Working with HR to keep the careers page updated
- Work with SEO team to drive traffic on the website
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Consumer engagement on digital basis KRA’s set by the team
- Deliver successful communication strategy and paid campaign KRAs set by the team
- Deliver 1 -2 key digital (social media, creative, paid or influencer related) innovations every quarter
- Cost vs. impact management
QUALIFICATION
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and creating brand communications
- Graduate degree in media / marketing related fields
- Working knowledge of digital planning, performance, and measurement
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong understanding of digital medium
- Excellent content writing skills
- Ability to be proactive, prioritize multiple important projects and work independently
- Proven ability to work extremely well with and influence teams
- Flexibility, ability to work under tight timelines
- Ability to write communication briefs
