CONTEXT
Brands are increasingly looking at Sports sponsorship to further their imagery and communication. In an ever-evolving ecosystem, we need to deliver associations which go way beyond media ROIs and help a sponsor truly realize the potential of a league/tournament. As a part of the Brand Solutions team, we’d expect you to resonate this thought and help the sales team deliver the stipulated targets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop deeper insight and understanding of the dynamic market requirements through advertiser/client interaction, and facilitate 'why buy?', propose solutions more suited to client needs, hence resulting in better monetization of advertising opportunities
- Propose integration opportunities for brands basis product/category/communication insights and present them to the client along with the front-line sales team
- Coordinate with all the stakeholders (Sales, programming, marketing, execution) to ensure timely delivery of all the sponsor entitlements across leagues/tournaments
- Augment the sales funnel by inputs on categories and brands to be targeted
- Deliver new tools (AVs, promos, etc.) for the sales pitches
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Achievement of specified sales targets within the financial year
- Delivering key sales pitches within timelines
- Breakthrough ideas across sports in a season
- Collaboration with Sales, Programming, Marketing
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- MBA in Marketing from Tier I / Tier II B-schools
- 3-6 years of experience in Brand management, digital and social media marketing is preferred
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Brand and Campaign management, to be able to differentiate between brand purpose and performance
- Sports marketing, brand activation, Social media activation

- Strong interpersonal skills
