KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the timely creation of monthly/day-to-day programming schedules/FPC and highlights for STAR Plus India SD and HD in the RMS (Rights Management System).
- Communication with Ops team on day-to-day schedule update as well as programming operation such as show, movie and event’s break patterns, slot duration & versions/media, etc.
- To communicate with Traffic & Presentation and Sales on daily changes to programming or break structures and inventory planning.
- Follow up with commercial and RSG team for the assets(shows, episodes, movies title, etc.) creation and its rights in the RMS for FPC creation.
- Managing EPG and guiding the Team (Third Party Vendor) for proper shows update on all the platforms for channels.
- To Provide inputs from BARC for FPC Planning & Strategy.
- To assist in weekly FPC analysis, slot evaluation, creating competition schedule/FPC on weekly basis and other nos. churning from the BARC
- Ability to assume all tasks related to RMS Scheduling System – covering entry records of individual programmes, exhibitions & runs, inventory, breaks & FPC/schedule generation
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the channel feeds, including on-air presentation scheduling strategy such as promos, breaks, inventory management etc that enhances the viewer's experience during and between programmes
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Timely creation of schedules, highlights, EPGs etc. within established deadlines
- Managing an account of all programming deliverables and communication delivered to the respected departments
- Managing the daily schedules & inventory in absence of the Manager to ensure smooth workflow and seamless telecast of programmes
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel, Programming ops, Media Ops (Preferably from programming ops of other channel, Media ops of anu media agency)
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Able to meet deadlines and handle pressure situation Good administrative and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
