KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Content studio Strategy Head to drive tracking, analytics and predicting of content, show and consumption/viewership across TV and D+H
- Work with the Strategic Partner to liaise with D+H Content heads, Channel GMs, Finance Controller, D+H strategy team and Content Editors as well as other key stakeholders to deliver on content pipeline execution, cost consumption patterns, viewership patterns and alignment to AOP
- Deepen the viewer understanding especially on D+H along with the D+H strategy, analytics and big data teams
- Ensure all project timelines are adhered to on key initiatives during the year
- Analyze and quantify content trends and market impacts to monetizable leads for business reviews
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Adherence to agenda and goals set for the studio in the year
- Delivering on the quality of inputs and analytics on all plans and reviews
QUALIFICATION
- MBA or equivalent (Tier I only) with 3-7 years of prior experience in data analytics
- Management consulting experience on min 2-3 years in essential preferably in high growth consumer facing industries
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills. Ability to deal with abstract data
- Proven ability to develop and present complex data and interpretation
- Interest in building cross functional business knowledge and understanding of how Content and Viewership plays on other industry segments
- Keen interest in the growing OTT industry and how its shaping entertainment and allied habits of consumers
