KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the concept, development, and management of “best in class” deliverables
Manage design team and tracks of work
Lead and direct the design team from concept to completion
Risk/issue management and resolution
Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels
Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions
Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
Evaluating creative team performance and guiding improvements
Extend existing visual systems/brand guidelines with moderate design changes or interpretation
Provide quality assurance of all deliverables
Contribute to the development of the design team's culture and quality standards
Elevate the creative level of the work coming out of the design team
Educate other team members, not exclusive to the design team, through project development and performance management
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Quality of creatives which can stand out and sharply communicate the messaging of the content narrative in an easy to the eye manner – knowing the target viewer dynamics
Should be strong in communication skills with the internal team and external stakeholders with whom collaboration will be key
Should be a team leader who steps up for the team and helps elevate the product with his sharp creatives concept and execution
QUALIFICATION
Preferably from Designs school and importantly with 15 plus experiences in design field in broadcast industry
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
The candidate must be well adept with Adobe CC Suite and its key software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
The candidate should also have significant knowledge of 3d software such as Cinema4D, 3ds Max, Maya and online software such as Viz-RT, Unreal Engine
Candidate must have sufficient knowledge about hard set and virtual set build

Should be very organized with a sense of goal achievement

Should be proactive and show initiative to go beyond defined work deliverables
