KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Industry and competitive landscape mapping
- Track & analyze overall industry subscription revenue funnel and revenue market share for Star on quarterly basis
- Analysis of quarterly results for key industry players
- Track & analyze key changes in competitive landscape – new channel launches, packaging, landing cost, etc.
- Driving monthly subscriber reporting and performance management for business
- Create reporting templates to drive Analytics and Insights on key projects
- Support Information management / BI automation agenda for Distribution business – creating dashboards for enabling the senior management and front-end teams for decision making
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Quality of insights and analytics on key revenue levers
- Adherence to planning & reporting calendar
- New initiatives & improvements in BI automation
QUALIFICATION
- CA / MBA Finance from Tier I institute
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in revenue planning and performance analysis
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Revenue planning (Short-term and Long-term)
- Performance and trend analysis
- Industry overview and revenue share analysis
- Proficient on MS Excel & Power Point
- Exposure to visual analytics solutions (e.g. Tableau)

- Ability to manage multiple scenarios and adhere to tight deadlines
