KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with the Ad sales teams to meet the Ad sales target for the fiscal through Impact & nontraditional sales monetization
- Creating pitches for upcoming properties to facilitate sales
- Liaise with the Sales team and programming/marketing teams of the Channels to understand client needs, develop ideas, presentations and customized solutions based on the briefs received
- Plan and implement the approved solutions and ensure client expectations are met
- Manage committed deliverables, have in depth knowledge about the accounts he/she is handling
- Will also need to be in involved conceptualization, presentation and execution of sponsor led events
- Innovation led monetization opportunity generation.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Achieve set quarterly and revenue targets of assigned regions with targets on pricing and fills
- Provide quantifiable inputs which influences favorable decision making by clients and shapes direction of business strategy
- Identifying and highlighting opportunities to channel heads and region heads in the branch
- Assist in the achievement of assigned impact and regular targets across channels within the specified time frame
- Creation and implementation of AFPs/content integrations
- Strong internal and external relations
- Quality of solutions provided and contribution to the success of campaigns executed
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Qualification: MBA or equivalent
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel, Microsoft power point
- Excellent quantitative aptitude and analytical mindset
- Non- linear thinking to provide out-of-box solutions
- Good understanding of Digital Media
