KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Operate and control the multiple systems in place to keep to the premieres and priorities plan in line with the annual/quarterly programming strategy.
- Communicate the programming timelines and plans across multiple stakeholder teams, internationally as well as in India.
- Assist the financial and commercial teams with regular reports of content usage and telecast/premiere completion.
- Track the budget allocated: monthly tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with commercial and legal teams on content rights and exclusions.
- Enter assets and create media into the broadcast management system (On-Air)
- Manage work orders to Disney commercial teams for dubbing/versioning
- Manage delivery on-boarding process for NGC to Disney+.
- Collate and distribute show and episodic synopses to extended teams.
- Oversee the final scheduling into the On-Air software is as per plan and timeline
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate degree.
- 4-6 yrs work experience. Media/television, planning/analytics preferable.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong communication skills in English, oral and written
- aptitude for numbers/stats
- comfortable with Excel and PPT
- Interest in world events, awareness of India current affairs, awareness of viewership trends in India and US
