Vijay TV signs first carriage deal in France with Free

The popular Tamil channel Vijay TVis now available on Freebox TV, the IPTV platform of Free. This launch makes it Vijay TV’s first IPTV carriage deal in France and also strengthens Free’s current offering of Indian content.

Vijay TV is a premium Tamil language general entertainment channel thatcaters to the evolving tastes of Tamil audiences across the world.  Vijay TV has raised the bar on content, packaging and promotion thereby differentiating itself in the market.  Furthermore, Vijay is a 24hour Tamil language channel that carries English subtitling on some of its key programming.

Vijay TV is available on freeview from end of July till August 15 and viewers can catch a special line-up of programmes for the Indian Independence Day.
