KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finalisation of pricing and packaging of star & Disney channels and bouquets
- Devising incentive criteria under the RIO framework to drive maximization of Star channels’ availability and revenue
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to grow availability and revenue for Star & Disney content through coordination with Sales teams
- Track and analyse consumption trends for Star & Disney and competition channels from various sources like BARC & Zapr
- Build hypotheses and analyse business cases for new pricing ideas and channel portfolio changes
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Delivery of Distribution revenue and availability of Star & Disney content
- Quality of output –analysis, level of detailing and presentation
- Timely business signoff basis merits of analysis and pitch
QUALIFICATION
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Strategy
- 6-8 years of experience in Pricing, Strategy or Consulting functions
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong understanding of business KPIs and growth drivers
- Excellent analytical skills and comfortable with managing large quantum of data
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
- Strong MS Office skills – hands-on with Excel and Power Point
