KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To understand the full workflow of the TV broadcasting, to have good understanding of working of Studio / PCR and TX. workflows, understanding of LAN and WAN networking configurations.
To be able to coordinate with the partners as well as with the users in production and plan technical workflow of various events/shoots
Identify functionality errors and potential risk with new development prior to Production
Understand and enforce the changes required in the system to better workflow
Should be ready to work for long hours during LIVE events and on weekends/ Holidays
Through understanding of basic Audio / Video and broadcasting equipment
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Timely delivery of assigned tasks, able to harmonize well within the existing team structure
A self-starter that is proactive, and highly motivated, with good time management skills & ability to multi-task.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum experience required is 7-8 years with University Degree in Communication/Media/Electronics/IT Engineering
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Online and offline Gfx. systems, virtual studios, Video servers, video encoders / decoders, MCR and studio automations, Networking, Signal flow for serial and IP communication
