CONTEXT Star Plus is a unique proposition in the world of Hindi GECs. The size and reach of the channel make it twice as big and complex as its competitors. Given this context, the Marketing lead role for the channel is split between 2 leaders. Both of the leads would be responsible for managing the marketing and communication strategy for a set of new and sustenance shows on the channel in equal measures as well as shared responsibilities. This role would be also responsible for leading and driving the partnership and engagement with Ad Sales and as well as be the custodian for the channel brand identity related projects.
