KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To collaborate with external Production Houses on current shows/shows in the pipeline and work closely with them for seamless telecast
• Bring method to the madness and design plans to achieve team goals
• Own every project from a delivery standpoint, align on key milestones internally within the team and with other verticals within the organization
• External and internal stakeholder management across all projects
• Create engaging non-fiction content for consumers thereby building channel viewership
• Stay abreast on national and International television formats. Explore the possibilities to adapt interesting formats regionally
• To ensure continued slot leadership of shows
• Understanding the ratings analysis and applying the learnings to on-going and upcoming shows
• To share consumer insights with management and/ or team
• Supervise production closely to ensure highest quality within approved budgets.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Market share of the shows
• Viewership in terms of GRPs, time spent and reach
• Adhering to approved budgets
QUALIFICATION
• Graduate or postgraduate, preferably Mass Communication / Film Studies / Advertising Graduate with 12-15 years of TV Programming / Film/Ad Direction experience
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a channel and/ or Production House
• Proven expertise and track record in content ideation and execution especially across various genres – Dancing, singing, events, niche, quiz, game shows, etc.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Proven experience in executing complex, large scale projects
• Excellent Problem solving, Ideation & decision-making skills
• Understand regional language (Telugu) and culture of the land
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
