KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create engaging content for consumers thereby building channel viewership
• Stay plugged into popular culture, the content ecosystem, emerging trends
• Ensure that Music programming for assigned slot/s is unique and entertaining
• Keep an eye on the competition while developing a pipeline of creative formats for execution. Understanding the ratings analysis and applying the learnings to on-going and upcoming shows
• Stay abreast on national and International music television formats. Explore the possibilities to adapt interesting formats regionally. Stay continually relevant and ahead of the competition
• Take complete ownership and drive each of the designated shows and events
• Collaborate with various teams like OAP, Programming Strategy, Commercial & Marketing teams
• Define experiments to grow viewer engagement and execute and analyze results
• Maintain healthy relationships with all relevant stakeholders
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Market share of the shows
• Viewership in terms of GRPs, time spent and reach
QUALIFICATION
• Graduate or postgraduate
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience in a channel and/ or Production House
• Has worked on various small & large format shows, preferably for a Music channel
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Strong creative, ideation and execution skills
• Understand regional language (Telugu) and culture of the land
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
