KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ideate / conceptualize/ visualize / write / produce / direct / edit out of box ideas for on-air promos for all the content (movies/shows/music) of Star Suvarna network
- Ensure that the promos have a fresh perspective and are ahead of competition at all times
- Infusing the local flavor and nuances of the Kannada culture into the promos making it compelling and relevant
- Maintain high creative and production standards in all campaigns & promos and in line with the channel’s philosophy and delivering on time & on budget
- Partner with the content teams in identifying and unlocking the best brief and the subsequent campaign thought from there
- Strategizing & coming up with novel and creative ideas for promos
- Keep the audience guessing and eagerly waiting for the episodes by innovatively creating multiple points of view around high points and develop them to eye catching hooking promos
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Quality of creatives produced at par with network standards
- Ideation, visualization, shooting and direction quality of projects handled
- Timeline adherence for assignments handled
- Effective Turnaround time
QUALIFICATION
- Graduates with a specialization in Mass Communication/ Film & Television will be preferred
- 5 - 6 yrs experience in the field of creating TVCs/ promos / editing
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Good communication skills
- Ability to transfer insights to create audio visual Communication
- Eye for detail and a sense of good creative judgment
- Updated with viewer behavior and choices
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Awareness and interest on audio visual storytelling and advertising
- Proficient in Kannada language
