Star Plus crosses 300 mark; Colors & Zee TV register decline

Sony and Imagine TV take a high jump with over 20 GRPs in the week 27 of TAM 2011.

India’s No.1 Hindi GEC Star Plus has again crossed the 300 mark and strengthened its leadership in the week 27 of TAM 2011. Along with Star Plus, Sony Entertainment Channel and Imagine TV have attracted more eyeballs this week where riding on the grand finale of Swayamvar season 3, Imagine TV has crossed 100 mark after a long time.

Zee TV’s Pavitra Rishta has again topped the chart with 5 TVRs followed by Balika Vadhu (4.8), Saathiya (4.4), Pratigya (4.2) Uttaran and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata hai (4).

India’s No.1 Hindi general entertainment channel Star Pluslooks in comfortable position beyond 300 GRPs. In the week 26 of TAM 2011, Star Plus has recorded 311 GRPs this week (last week 292).

The second most watched Hindi GEC Colorshas recorded 253 GRPs in the 26thweek of TAM 2011 (last week 263).

The No.3 Hindi GEC Zee TVhas lost huge chunk of 23 GRPs this week and recorded 205 GRPs on TAM people meters (228 GRPs last week).

Sony Entertainment Televisionhas taken a high jump and garnered 173 GRPs (last week 150).

SABhas and recorded 134 GRPs (last week 137).

Riding on the grand finale of Swayamvar season 3, No.6 playerImagineTVhas crossed 100 mark after a long time. The channel has garnered 107 GRPs (last week 81).

Star Onehas garnered41 GRPs (last week 38). Sahara Oneis at34 GRPs (last week 29).
